The Hotel has 13 rooms, two apartments, eight double rooms and three single rooms. All rooms have a bathroom, central heating, a TV and complimentary internet connection. Both of the apartments are very comfortable with a mini-kitchen and satellite TV; each apartment caters for the accommodation of four to five people. “Sindcel” has two restaurants available for all occasions (30 to 40 seats), one restaurant for special guests (15 to 18 seats), and a meeting room (20 seats) which is an ideal location for the organization and holding of business appointments and presentations.Both restaurants are suitable for weddings, birthdays, seminars and other smaller-sized gatherings. The Hotel has its own onsite free parking facilities for guests with full video surveillance. The Hotel also contains a Theatre Hall – “Scene 213” where different cultural and art events often take place.
